All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Aztec corporate sales department.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Coupon codes may be used for promotional purposes and only valid on orders within the U.S.A., expiration dates may apply.

Shipments

All shipments are made F.O.B. Williamsburg, Virginia via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by customer. Large shipment orders may, at Aztec discretion, be shipped via other means. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days within the U.S.A.

Return Goods Policy

Contact Aztec Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Products may not be autoclaved, have contact with any solutions including disinfectants or have had patient contact. Products must be packed in original containers and returned in unused original condition. Products may be returned within 10 days will be accepted for full credit except when “Terms and Conditions” agreement indicate otherwise. Returns before 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. After 30 days the sale is considered final and no returns are accepted. **Special equipment orders and sterile products are non-returnable for any reason.

Warranty

Products distributed by Aztec are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase. The warranty is made by the manufacturer or, in the case of Aztec brand products, directly by Aztec. During the warranty period, repair or replacement of any defective part, at Aztec discretion, will be made at no charge. (Bulbs and lamps are an exception to this policy.) The warranty does not cover normal wear, breakage, damage from improper use, or accidents in shipping and handling. Damage claims against freight carriers must be made at the time the damaged items are received.

Aztec and its vendors are constantly striving to improve our products. We reserve the right to make modifications without the need for prior notification and are not obligated to modify previously manufactured items.
